NEW STUDENT ENROLLMENT is ONLINE.

To make the enrollment process more efficient for our NEW families, we've recently instituted an ONLINE Portal that will allow families to complete the majority of the process at home and at their leisure.  Follow the steps below and you will be well on your way to enrolling your kids in our great schools.  If you do NOT have access to a online computer, please visit your soon to be home school or district office (see BOUNDARIES here) as we have kiosks available for you to use.

Using the District Boundary Map  look for your neighborhood school and verify that you do live within that boundary.  If you are not sure, please call the Administration Building 414.294.7406

• Request a Username/Password

• Username and Password will be emailed to you instantly

• Use the new username (email address) and random password and begin completing the enrollment forms

  • Basic demographic information on family and each student

  • Medical Alert

  • Special Dietary Needs

  • Additional Parental Sign-offs

    • Student Handbooks

    • Directory information

    • Photo Release

    • Immunization Records Access  (only if from Wisconsin)

  • SUBMIT

    • Your information will be reviewed by district personnel and once verified you will receive an email with further instructions on how to complete the enrollment.

    • You should receive this within 2 business days... if not please call 414.294.7400 and ask about yours.

This step includes visiting the Registrar at the Administration Building (2915 E. Ramsey Avenue) to provide Proof of Residency, Proof of Age and Immunizations (non WI residents).
