This will ensure we have all the necessary information to enroll your student. We encourage families to take a moment and explore our district website. You will find information regarding our schools including the district calendar and extracurricular activities to help your student get involved and make the most of their new environment. NEW STUDENT ENROLLMENT IS ONLINE.

To get started with the online enrollment process, first visit our enrollment portal by clicking on the CLICK HERE TO START BUTTON below. You will then create a Skyward Family Account . Once logged in, you'll be guided through a series of steps to input necessary information such as your child's personal details, previous school records, and any medical or special education needs. Be sure to have documents like proof of residence, birth certificate, and immunization records ready for upload. If you encounter any issues or have questions during the process, staff is available via phone or email to assist you. For those without computer access, visit your designated home school (see BOUNDARIES here) or district office, where kiosks and staff are ready to help. Welcome to our school community!

Using the District Boundary Map  look for your neighborhood school and verify that you do live within that boundary.  If you are not sure, please call the Administration Building 414.294.7406

• Request a Username/Password

• Username and Password will be emailed to you instantly

• Use the new username (email address) and random password and begin completing the enrollment forms

  • Basic demographic information on family and each student

  • Medical Alert

  • Special Dietary Needs

  • Additional Parental Sign-offs

    • Student Handbooks

    • Directory information

    • Photo Release

    • Immunization Records Access  (only if from Wisconsin)

    • Upload the required documents

  • SUBMIT

    • Your information will be reviewed by district personnel and once verified you will receive an email once the enrollment has been processed.

    • You should receive this within 2 business days... if not please call 414.294.7400 and ask about yours.
