The Cudahy High School ProStart Culinary Team competed against 13 other Wisconsin high schools in the 2025 ProStart Invitational Culinary and Management Competition held at Madison Area Technical College on Wednesday, March 19.
The team put in a lot of time, hard work, and dedication during the past four months with practices both during our flex period and after school. Each team is given 60 minutes to professionally prepare two sets of their gourmet appetizer, entree, and dessert for the judges to view and taste. Our CHS team finished plating their dishes with two minutes to spare! We are still waiting for the final results, but we're proud of all the effort these budding chefs put into preparing for and competing in this prestigious event. Way to go Cudahy!
