The Cudahy School District is proud to celebrate the achievements of our students participating in the Continental Math League, offered through our Talent Development Program. A total of 62 students across 2nd through 6th grades participated in this exciting event. Students just completed the first Meet for 2nd & 3rd graders and the third Meet for 4th-6th graders.

Students from Jones, Kosciuszko, Lincoln, and General Mitchell Elementary Schools participated in the nationwide Mathematics competition alongside hundreds of districts around the United States. Cudahy has three teams participating as outlined below. All of our students demonstrated exceptional effort and showcased their talents!

After the latest Meet, we are proud to share the following highlights:

Our 6th Grade Team (all participating 6th graders) holds the 2nd place spot in Wisconsin.

A special shout-out goes to Evan from J.E. Jones who had the highest individual score on the Cudahy Team this Meet. He and Jerrel, a student at General Mitchell, are currently tied for the highest overall 6th Grade score in Cudahy after all three rounds.

Our 5th Grade Team (all participating 4th and 5th grades) has maintained 3rd place in Wisconsin.

Congratulations to Elias, a student at Kozy, who had the highest individual 5th Grade score in Cudahy this round! Peyton and Colin, students at General Mitchell, are tied for the highest overall 5th Grade score in Cudahy after all three rounds and Josie from Lincoln is only one point below the two of them.

Our 3rd Grade Team (all participating 2nd and 3rd grades) is 2nd in Wisconsin after the first Meet.

Congratulations to Helen, a student at Kozy, who had the highest individual 3rd Grade score in Cudahy! An honorable mention goes to Athena, from General Mitchell, for scoring only one point below Helen.

We are incredibly proud of all 62 students in our Talent Development program who participated in this Meet. The next round of competition is already underway, and we look forward to sharing more accomplishments!
