What a day we had at Kosciuszko Elementary on Friday! Our Kozy students showed their spirit and creativity in a hilariously fun fundraiser called "Stuck for a Buck."
The star of the show? None other than our beloved Kosciuszko principal, Mrs. Kostka, and our energetic mascot, Bolt, the Eagle! Students donated a dollar for a strip of duct tape to stick Mrs. Kostka to the wall. And guess what? They did it! Mrs. Kostka, with a smile and cheered on by Bolt, was successfully stuck to the wall amidst waves of laughter and excitement.
This wasn't just about the fun though. Our Kozy students raised an amazing $2,184.88! Every single dollar will go towards buying new P.E. equipment, helping us keep our physical education as exciting and engaging as our fundraising efforts.
A huge thank you to all our students, staff, and of course, Mrs. Kostka and Bolt, for making this event a memorable and successful one. This is what school spirit and community effort looks like!
